In any case, it is very important to provide us with the
most information when contacting us about a problem. Here
is the information we ALWAYS need before taking care of
your request:
- Version of the software you are using
- Version of your Operating System (MacOS 10.4.10 for
instance)
- QuickTime version (7.2. for instance)
- Your serial number
- Description of the problem.
- Severity (from minor cosmetic glitch to complete crash)
- Is it reproductible?
- Please also add any console logs that you might find
appropriate
