Be as precise as possible in your report to help us being efficient on our replys. Give us information such as a description of the exact problem, what you see on screen, if the application crashed, what you have done recently that may lead to these issues, when it started happening, etc.
Write down the exact time it happened. And send us the error logs corresponding to these moments. If you don't know how to find and send the error logs, please downoad the "Error Reporting" Document that you can find here.
