Added a jog/shuttle and Playback speed control for Slow motion
Fixed an issue with the GPI output action

Fixed: issue with offline clips in schedules
Fixed: when you would first set the Video and Audio modes. It did not save properly the new modes
Fixed: when doing a skip to next when a Live clip is playing
Fixed: when the first clip of a playlist was a Live, it was skipped
The reset preference button now keeps the Node UID
Fixed: when the next clip to play is Offline and has the Loop clip end behavior. The current clip would loop even if it doesn't have the Loop attribute
