Here is how you can buy Software from us:


1. Place your order

There are few ways to place an order for our software:

Contact one of our resellers:

Tax Issues:
For European customers, a 21% VAT will be added to all orders EXCEPT when a valid VAT number has been provided.
For the customers outside Europe, no tax will be applied.


2. We process your order

Your order will then be processed within 24 hours. There are two kinds of licences:

A. Licence with a serial number
Almost all our software require a serial number (only OnTheAir CG requires a dongle, see point B). Once we received the payment, we will mail you a Serial number. This serial number has to be activated on the computer that will use the application. For the activation process go to point 3.

B. Licence with a dongle
OnTheAir CG requires a physical shipment of a USB dongle. We ship it with FedEx and it usually takes 1-2 days to get to your location. These Dongles can be moved from one computer to another. For the shipment of this dongle, there are flat rates for worldwide shipment: €25 to Europe, Asia and Africa, $25 to North America and $35 to Central and South America. We will add that to any orders for OnTheAir CG (whatever the options or the quantity ordered).


3. Activate your Serial Number

When you first start the application, you will have a message asking you if you want to use the application in Demo Mode, or if you want to register. Click on register.
If you allready used the software in Demo Mode, you will have to go in the application Menu and choose "Licence" to be able to activate your serial number.
When you are in the licencing window, just enter the Serial Number we sent you in the appropriated field, then you have a few choice to activate the application:
1) If the Mac on which you want to install OnTheAir Video is connected to the web, simply click on the "Activate via internet" button" Your machine will then be immediately and transparently activated to run OnTheAir Video.
2) If the Mac on which you want to install OnTheAir Video is NOT connected to the web, you need to click on "Activate Manually" and then copy both your serial number and the activation challenge (which is unique to your machine) and go to the web page below:

Then, simply enter both codes on the webpage (along with your email address so you can receive a copy of the activation code) and click on "Activate". You will get an activation code that you need to copy and enter in the activation dialog on the installation computer.

It is important to know that neither activation method will send us anything else but your serial number and the activation challenge, so your privacy is protected.

If you need to move your application to another computer, it is important to deactivate the application before trying to activate it again on the new computer. To deactivate a computer, see point 4.


4. Deactivate your Serial Number

Again, you can deactivate it either automatically (if the "old" computer is connected to the web), or manually by sending us the deactivation code that the application will generate once the deactivation has taken place. This deactivation is the proof that you really deactivated the application on the old computer, so it is VERY important to copy it (even by hand) before closing the deactivation dialog box. Once the "old" Mac is deactivated, you can repeat the activation process on the new machine.

DEMO VERSIONS

All our Software can be downloaded and used in Demo Mode for testing.
In Demo Mode all functionality will be available, but you will just have some limitations: for example OnTheAir Video will overlay a DEMO logo on the output.

Temporary Serial Numbers with no limitations are available upon request.

SOFTWARE PROTECTION

You can choose wether you want to be provided with a Serial number or a physical dongle.

Serial Numbers are cheaper and quicker to get as there are no physical shipment. They can be moved from one computer to another following a Deactivation/Activation process. Activation of the software is linked to a computer and hard drive.

Dongles are more expensive (you must add 100€ to your order for each dongle) and will be delivered within a few days as they have to be sent over. They have the advantage that they can be moved from one computer to another quicker and easier than the process of Deactivation/Activation of the Serial Numbers.
