If you do not have a reseller or integrator located near you, you can order from our online store. We will be glad to fulfill your order. But we want to emphasize that a local reseller will provide you support not just on our products, but on your individual integration needs. And they will do so gladly, in your own language, and at the same price!
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO KNOW ?
How does protection work ?
Our applications are protected in two different ways – by serial number or by USB dongle. There is an extra charge for the USB dongle.
Our Default method of license protection – Online Serial Number Activation
After processing your order for a Softron application, you will receive a serial number that requires activation. The serial number is sent to the email address provided by you or your reseller. Please note – sometimes serial number emails are seen by mail clients as SPAM and are placed into your “Junk Mail.” Make sure that you check everywhere for the email message containing your serial number information.
Dongle protection
If you choose to license your application by using a USB dongle instead of a serial number, you will have to wait for the USB dongle to arrive. Since it is hardware, we cannot send it via email. Using a dongle offers some advantages. It allows you to move your license from one computer to another very quickly. It also guards you from losing your license authentication if something happens to your hard drive or system.
Is the DEMO version the same as the FULL version?
Yes – exactly the same. When you receive a license of a dongle, you UNLOCK the DEMO allowing it to function without limitation. (No watermark, no time limit.) You can actually start working on the DEMO – and keep working on the DEMO until your license arrives.
